Regional HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  of staff for all branches across Karnataka.
• Coordinate with AGM HR and Regional Managers to assess staffing needs and close open positions.
• Ensure proper execution of

  joining formalities

  , documentation, and onboarding procedures.
• Conduct

  regular visits to branches

  to:
• Review business activities from an HR perspective.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and

  statutory requirements

  (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Verify maintenance of employee records and statutory registers.
• Oversee the

  Background Verification (BGV)

  process for new hires and ensure timely completion.
• Act as the HR point of contact for all branches in Karnataka, supporting employee relations and resolving grievances.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, compliance, and employee status.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a

  multi-branch or regional role

  .
• Strong understanding of

  statutory HR frameworks

  and labor law compliance.
• Excellent

  communication skills in English

  (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of Malayalam

  will be an

  added advantage

  .
• Must be

  willing to travel frequently

  across various branches in Karnataka.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
