About the Role:

Accurate, timely reporting with detailed proactive analysis.

The Incumbent would represent Finance while partnering with respective BU on every critical discussion including costing, bidding for large project/order, inventory planning, manufacturing, overheads, hiring, investments, period closing, annual operating plan and strategic long-term vision of the respective BU.

Job Location:

Key responsibilities:

1. Hands on Revenue, prices, cost and margin analysis. Owns and track of cost / expenses with ensuring due controls
2. Enable respective BU stakeholder with analysis / reports. Oversee backlog, orders, sales, margin to draw forward-looking conclusions.
3. Assists in the preparation of the monthly forecast and Monthly Business Review for all functional areas of the business and related subsidiaries.
4. Participates in the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation.
5. Updates cost and expense trend reports, and analyses variations ensuring alignment with the forecast.
6. Extracts financial data from various finance and information systems including Onestream and JDE as required. Or any of the BI tools.
7. Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions. Advising on key business planning assumption and tradeoffs and opportunities.
8. Drive support and utilize the company's financial process improvement initiatives including but not limited to Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

• Commerce Graduate from reputed University/ CA
• 7 to 10 years in same field.
