Treasury & Working Capital: Manage cash flows, banking, credit facilities, and optimise working capital cycle. Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Strengthen internal controls, standardise processes, and lead automation initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Skills required Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or MBA (Finance), with minimum 7-10 years overall experience, with 3-5 years in manufacturing finance.
