Manager - FP&A

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - FP&A in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement financial models to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
• Analyze internal financial information, including profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and rates of return.
• Conduct analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations, such as inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
• Lead a team of specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and training on the area of expertise.
• Ensure implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and standards to support short to medium term tactical direction.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with financial software and systems, including Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with experience in managing risk and ensuring adherence to company policies.
