Role Overview

Growth Manager – Appinventiv Digital

You’ll act as the connective force between business development, strategy, and delivery — ensuring every client sees measurable outcomes and every project moves from pitch to execution flawlessly.



Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Growth & Sales Enablement

  • Identify new business opportunities across existing Appinventiv clients and new leads.
  • Lead in sales calls, client presentations, and proposal building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality pitches, SoWs, and pricing decks.
  • Own the quarterly revenue growth targets for the digital marketing vertical.
  • 🔹 Client Strategy & Account Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients.
    • Understand client goals (performance, branding, or lead generation) and build actionable strategies.
    • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by maintaining strong client relationships and performance delivery.
    • Conduct regular review meetings and performance reporting with clients.
  • 🔹 Delivery Oversight & Coordination

    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns with SEO, content, media, and design teams.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with KPIs.
    • Resolve delivery challenges and maintain smooth internal coordination.
  • 🔹 Process & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline updates and delivery reports.
    • Track and report key performance metrics (revenue, project status, client satisfaction).
    • Collaborate with leadership to refine service packaging, workflows, and marketing processes.


  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Quarterly revenue and new account growth
    • Client retention and satisfaction (NPS)
    • % of projects delivered on time and within scope
    • Proposal turnaround and win ratio
    • Internal coordination and process adherence


  • Who You Are

    • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or growth roles.
    • Strong understanding of digital channels — SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
    • Hands-on with marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
