Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Jr. AV Programming Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in audio-visual system design, programming and integration. This role involves translating client requirements into detailed designs, programming control systems and supporting installations to ensure flawless project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, experience with major AV platforms and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams. Key Responsibilities Design AV systems including schematics, layouts and equipment specifications. Program and configure control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS). Integrate AV equipment with audio, video and network systems. Perform on-site system commissioning, testing and troubleshooting. Collaborate with project managers, sales and installation teams to ensure designs meet client expectations. Create and maintain technical documentation for projects. Provide technical support and training to clients/end-users as required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2–3 years’ proven experience in AV system design and control system programming. Proficiency with at least one major AV control platform (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS). Knowledge of AV networking protocols (e.g., Dante, AVB, HDBaseT). Familiarity with CAD software for system schematics (AutoCAD or similar). Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Crestron Certified Programmer, Extron Control Specialist, or Q-SYS Level certifications. Experience with audio DSP configuration and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex). Basic IT networking knowledge (VLANs, IP configuration, switches). Location: Gurugram with travel as required Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Outside Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage existing industry connections, re-engage with former clients and develop new opportunities through strategic prospecting. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of AV/technology solutions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Reconnect with former clients, rebuild relationships and generate repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and regions. Meet clients face-to-face to present AV solutions and proposals. Work closely with inside sales, design and estimation teams to develop tailored proposals. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update client interactions, opportunities and pipeline in the CRM. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking sessions. Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements, market trends and competition. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics/IT or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development or account management (preferably in AV/IT solutions or related technology sector). Demonstrated success in re-engaging former clients and generating repeat business. Strong industry network and established client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling AV integration, IT infrastructure or enterprise technology solutions. Knowledge of AV systems, control platforms and industry standards.
