Audio Video Project Engineer

You should have in-depth knowledge of audio and video equipment, which includes microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, displays, and video conferencing systems from various OEMs. It is important to have proficiency in using AV control systems to automate and manage complex AV setups. Your role will require an understanding of signal processing techniques such as equalization, compression, and noise reduction. Expertise in DSP programming, calibration, and sound tuning of various OEMs like BSS, Biamp, Bose, NST audio, Marani, etc., will be essential. You should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AV equipment and systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing AV projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely project delivery. Adherence to safety protocols and regulations when working with electrical equipment and rigging is mandatory. Understanding IT infrastructure and its integration with AV systems is crucial, as well as knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc) and network infrastructure for connecting AV devices. Proficiency in creating audio and video signal flow diagrams or schematic will be required. Moreover, you should have the ability to manage and guide technicians on-site regarding speaker and display positions, connections, and commissioning of the complete sound system. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance. The job requires a day shift schedule and prefers candidates with a Diploma qualification. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in DSP Programming, 3 years in AV or sound system setup, and 2 years in audio troubleshooting.
