THE TEAM: Corporate Operations

The Corporate Operations team is responsible for creating systems that connect our teams, drive business alignment, and build a stronger, more collaborative workplace. With a cloud-first approach, we empower our global ZEOs with increased productivity and self-service to enable company growth, scale, and flexibility while hardening our security and compliance posture.We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be adept at facilitating and guiding teams through the Scrum framework. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with our development teams and product owners to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective delivery of projects. You will be responsible for removing obstacles, promoting a culture of collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. You should have a proven track record of implementing key high-impact programs within enterprise organizations using Agile and Scrum teams.What you’ll doAs a Scrum Master/Program Manager, you'll support the following company objectives:
  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Guide and Coach the Team: Provide guidance to the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its objectives, ensuring smooth progress and delivery.
  • Foster Collaboration: Encourage collaboration within the team and with stakeholders to build a strong, cohesive team environment.
  • Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the backlog, refining work items, and ensuring a clear, concise, and prioritized product backlog.
  • Monitor Progress: Track the team's progress, manage metrics (burn-down, velocity, etc.), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, leveraging feedback from retrospectives and other insights.
  • Advocate Agile Principles: Champion Agile practices and Scrum principles throughout the organization, promoting a culture of Agile thinking.
  • Manage Scope and Timelines: Help the team manage scope and schedule, balancing project demands with team capacity and delivering high-quality outputs on time.
  • Mentor Team Members: Mentor and train team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance team efficiency and performance.
  • Lead cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables, and drive accountability through structured execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align program objectives with strategic company goals and communicate progress through clear reporting and dashboards.
  • Anticipate and resolve interdependencies, resource constraints, and risks across multiple workstreams and teams.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making by synthesizing data, surfacing trade-offs, and driving alignment among stakeholders.
  • Drive operating rhythms such as program reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Champion change management by building communication plans, training strategies, and adoption tactics across impacted functions.
  • Improve program management processes, tools, and templates to increase transparency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and external partnerships to ensure cost-effective program delivery.
  • Serve as a culture carrier and thought partner, promoting cross-team collaboration, continuous improvement, and high standards of execution.
Your experience

Must Have

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Experience with scaling Agile practices in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a technical environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate design ideas, present their work to stakeholders, and collaborate with team members from different disciplines to achieve project goals.
