IT Project Manager

Role Overview: As an IT Project Manager at EY GDS Assurance FAAS, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage IT tool implementation projects across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and providing regular updates to leadership. Your role will also involve facilitating meetings, workshops, and documentation in French. Additionally, you will directly manage a team of 5-8 managers in one or more solution areas, developing them through coaching, motivation, and guided training. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT tool implementation projects across multiple workstreams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage risks and dependencies. - Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with business goals. - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and documentation in French. Qualification Requirement: - BE/Btech/ MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. - Proven experience in finance or insurance-related IT implementations. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills in French (mandatory). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
