Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good to Have: Experience recruiting for international markets (UK, US, Europe). Familiarity with ATS tools like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, etc. Knowledge of contract and permanent staffing models.
