Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment Prior Hiring experience of technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, React, Angular, Node, SFDC etc. Experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
