Role & responsibilities

• Partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs
• Collaborating with BU head in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents for Client.
• Be the trusted advisor that client can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence.
• Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skillsets to support Mindtree s business and growth objectives.
• Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience.
• Experience in hiring talent for large accounts and supporting the large business units for specific Industries like IT, Digital, Analytics, Outsourcing, Consulting/ Advisory etc. Technical and Professional Expertise
• 1-5 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in full life cycle recruitment, including management of multiple niche leadership roles simultaneously.
• Prior experience of working with technology led leadership hiring.
• People management experience of min 4-to-6-member team.
• Knowledge of the Information technology industry. Ability to learn technical information.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Advanced knowledge of a variety of recruitment tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
