Application Manager- Wealth

Looking for an Application Manager in Wealth domain with a leading Indian Bank for Navi Mumbai location

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate

  with

  business

  stakeholders

  to understand functional requirements and translate them into

  technical solutions

  .

• End to end application management. Relevant experience in implementation, production support or application enhancement.

• Understanding of Wealth products.

• Manage and track

  vendor

  applications

  , ensuring

  development,

  implementation,

  and deployment

  align with business needs.

• Coordinate

  with

  internal

  and

  external

  stakeholders

  to manage system dependencies and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform

  backend

  testing,

  sanity

  testing

  , and

  regression

  testing

  to ensure system stability and functionality.

• Handle

  feature

  requests,

  bug

  fixes

  , and ensure

  UAT

  sign-off

  before system go-live.
• Analyze application data to assess

  performance

  , identify

  issues

  , and ensure

  data

  integrity

  .
• Provide

  L3

  production

  support

  , addressing technical errors and conducting

  root

  cause analysis

  to prevent recurring issues.

• Document

  system

  processes

  , configurations, and changes to ensure

  compliance

  with

  IT policies

  .
• Ensure timely and accurate

  project

  status

  reporting

  , including

  burn-down

  charts

  and

progress updates.

• Maintain a

  healthy

  SDLC

  process

  , ensuring

  timely

  completion

  of

  testing,

  deployment,

  and production support

  activities.
• Drive

  automation

  initiatives

  to improve system performance and reduce manual intervention.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelors

  degree

  in

  Computer

  Science

  ,

  Information

  Technology

  , or a related field.

• 8-9 years of IT experience, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in banking technology and system analysis.

• Strong understanding of

  SDLC

  processes

  ,

  API

  integrations

  , and

  digital

  banking

  applications

  .
• Experience working on

  Wealth

  Banking

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Oracle

  SQL

  ,

  JIRA

  .
• Familiarity with

  .
• Proficiency in

  troubleshooting

  resolving

  issues
