Job Description

Technical Recruiter

5 Days work from office is mandatory

Job Location: Indra Nagar

Exp: 3 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand technical hiring needs.
Source candidates using advanced search techniques.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interview coordination offer negotiation onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of technical roles (QA is advantage)
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Preferred Skills

Experience recruiting for IT services/consulting companies/Staffing and recruitment
