Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the company s recruitment process by finding the best candidates and match them to the right roles

Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, which includes identifying right

pool, using multiple channels to reach out to candidates, scheduling interviews, taking

initial interview rounds, etc

Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches

Liaising with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs

Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

Assist in employee retention and development

Skills Required:

3 - 6 months of Digital Marketing/IT Hiring recruitment is preferred

Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles

Proficient in the use of social media and job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, etc

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company

Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
