Role Overview:

Executive – Talent Acquisition (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for assigned roles.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and timelines.
  
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  
• Screen and shortlist profiles, conduct HR discussions, and schedule interviews with functional panels.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups, offer rollouts, and coordination for joining formalities.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
  
• Support in employer branding initiatives and hiring drives as needed.
  
• Liaise with external recruitment partners and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs.
  
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• High ownership, attention to detail, and process orientation.
  

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or agency background).
  
• Prior experience in volume or frontline hiring will be an advantage.
