Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for tech and non-tech roles from understanding requirements to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates fit for the role.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  
• Maintain candidate data and update status in the recruitment tracker or ATS.
  
• Support offer negotiation, release, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (tech & non-tech).
  
• Strong understanding of IT roles and corporate functions.
  
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
