Executive - Talent Acquisition

As an Executive - Talent Acquisition at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves collaborating with Head Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans. You will utilize passive and active recruiting techniques and a variety of sources to develop a ready candidate pipeline for critical needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the manpower requirements and posting job openings on internal and external job portals. - Ensuring all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. are in order and meet the required standards. - Screening and identifying external and internal applicants for job openings to match qualifications with vacancies. - Conducting recruitment activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of suitable talent. - Providing timely communication to candidates regarding interview feedback. - Conducting proper background verification of new hires according to organizational guidelines. - Issuing offer/rejection letters, negotiating with candidates, and acting as a liaison between the business and candidates for successful recruitment. - Coordinating with other Functional Heads and Corporate TA team to drive TA function and leverage internal & external talent for filling vacant positions. - Updating Recruitment MIS in a timely manner and providing analytical recruiting reports to the team. - Staying updated on industry recruitment trends and best practices to suggest suitable improvisations. - Developing and maintaining professional relations with local, regional, and international recruitment agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports within specified time periods.
