In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sourcing activities to fill open positions by utilizing various search methods to create a strong candidate pipeline. You will design job descriptions and formulate interview questions that align with the requirements of each position. Additionally, you will be in charge of planning interview and selection procedures, which include screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the End-to-End Recruitment function by overseeing the entire interview, selection, and closing process. - Conducting Employee Induction for new recruits to familiarize them with the Organization Culture & Policies. - Maintaining MIS Reports & relevant Trackers to ensure effective tracking of recruitment activities. - Handling onboarding formalities and the new hire process efficiently. - Initiating Employee Background Verification both before and after extending job offers. - Planning and executing Employer Branding initiatives through Talent Management to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
