Job Description

You should have 5-7 years of experience for this position based in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include conducting sourcing activities to fill open positions using various search methods, creating job descriptions and interview questions, planning interview processes, facilitating the offer process, managing end-to-end recruitment, conducting employee induction, maintaining MIS reports, managing onboarding formalities, initiating employee background verification, and executing employer branding initiatives. You will be expected to handle the overall interview, selection, and closing process efficiently and ensure new recruits are familiarized with the organization's culture and policies. Your role will also involve contributing to talent management initiatives to enhance the employer brand.,
