Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and building a strong workforce that aligns with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and define job requirements.

* Develop and post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and career pages.

* Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person), and assess candidates’ qualifications.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

* Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using ATS or spreadsheets.

* Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers and negotiating employment terms.

* Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in coordination with HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
