Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing:

• Screening & Assessment:

  Review resumes, screen applicants for technical competencies, and conduct interviews to evaluate technical knowledge and cultural fit.

• Pipeline Management:

  Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent for open positions.

• Offer Extension:

  Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the necessary paperwork and onboarding processes.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process.
