Source talent from multiple channels like Job Portals, Consultancies, Referral etc.

Conduct hiring drives, campus interviews, employment branding initiatives.etc

Preparing & Maintaing Recruitment Tracker & Organogram

Negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with potential hires

Improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices

Preparing recruitment reports and analysis

Employee induction and onboarding

TECHINCAL SKILLS / FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCES

Recruitment & Selection

Proficiency in using and managing ATS platforms

People Management
