Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists in Talent acquisition:

o Coordinates interview by interfacing with candidates, search partners, respective department heads

o Arranges the logistics of the interviews

o Assists in documentation of joining forms and updation of data

· Assists in Learning and Development

o Collates training needs

o Interfaces with faculty

o Arranges training logistics

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
  • Knowledge of various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, etc.).
  • Familiarity with interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Ability to maintain recruitment databases and documentation accurately.

Must Have:

· Must be well versed in MS-Office/ Excel

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and department heads.
