Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
Source qualified IT professionals using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking channels.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, notice period buyouts, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Stay updated on current IT trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role in an agency or corporate environment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, GitHub, etc.).
Solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
