Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT requirements ( C2H).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social networks, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Work extensively on

    C2H hiring

    understanding contract terms, billing rates, and buyout policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent across various technologies.
  • Negotiate salary/contract rates and finalize offers with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly reports.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of experience in

    domestic IT recruitment

    , with mandatory experience in

    C2H hiring

    .
  • Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, Infra, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with staffing firms/consultancies.
  • Experience in bulk IT hiring or niche skill hiring.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or any relevant field (preferred).
