As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technology talent to join our prestigious Clients. You will be part of a collaborative hiring environment where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your contribution directly impacts our success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding role requirements to successful joinings of selected candidates.
• Partner with TL & Managing Partner and Client SPOCs to align on technical skill needs and hiring priorities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical rounds to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support recruitment drives.
• Ensure a positive and transparent hiring experience for every candidate.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• 02 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies, roles, and current hiring trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
