Job Description

You should have at least 9-12 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on defining MBQs, monitoring business performance, managing stock availability and turnover, and expanding category assortment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing buying and merchandising, vendor management, demand planning, and inventory management. You will need to ensure effective range planning, promotion management, planogram implementation, ABV/Bill penetration, and vendor fill rates. It will be crucial for you to align merchandising strategies with business objectives and maintain regular communication with vendors and suppliers to leverage company schemes for improved buying. Managing inventory levels, including reducing slow-moving products and introducing fast-moving items, will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing liquidation plans and excelling in national sourcing and TOT negotiation.,
