As a Recruitment Support Specialist at Halma plc, you will play a crucial role in supporting both IT and non-IT recruitment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with recruiters, utilize job portals effectively, and assess candidate fit based on company values and culture. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand position requirements and job descriptions. - Source candidates through various job portals and online channels, with a strong focus on diversity sourcing. - Manage the Recruit India mailbox, delegate tasks, and oversee candidate flow. - Conduct screening and interviews to validate candidate data. - Administer written tests and facilitate interview processes. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers, tools, and MIS on a regular basis.
