This position requires strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for technical roles Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing offers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Coordinate with external staffing partners when required Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards regularly Assist with onboarding processes and collaborate with HR team for smooth new joiner integrationKey Requirements Bachelors or Master degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 25 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a consulting or techdriven environment Proven ability to source and assess candidates for roles related to RPA, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud, and software development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Team player with a proactive and results-driven approach Why Join Us?
