As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves implementing defined Talent Acquisition Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to attract high-quality candidates in alignment with the HR strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing and providing insights on Talent Acquisition (TA) approach alignment with ongoing trends such as diversity, sourcing strategies, etc. Collaboration with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and senior leadership to understand current and future talent requirements is crucial, where you will define actionable recruitment strategies to fulfill the positions. Your responsibilities include handling leadership hiring, headhunting, or through executive search agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions using various channels like job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, internal job postings, etc. - Conducting salary negotiations and communicating the total rewards framework to the candidate. - Managing and improvising the applicant tracking system to keep candidate records organized. - Scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating interviews, assessments, and other selection activities to ensure a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers. - Managing the recruitment processes and timelines adhering to established protocols and procedures, maintaining consistency and reliability throughout the recruitment journey. - Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process. - Utilizing Gen AI tool to create hiring campaigns and build a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates. - Conducting market mapping of talent with respect to current and upcoming skill requirements in the organization. In addition to the functional competencies required for this role, such as understanding engineering principles and concepts relevant to the automotive industry, ability to interpret technical job descriptions, and proficiency in evaluating candidates" technical competencies, qualifications, and relevant experience, you are expected to have knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection processes. Understanding compensation structure and rewards framework is also essential. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute. - B. Tech in under graduation is preferred for this role.
