Inter Personal & presentation skills, flexible, work effectively in teams & build high performance inter department team. Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations. Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by Outsourced staff in stockyard operations. Senior Management PPT & MIS reports preparation. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs. Cost effectiveness in operations and identify improvment areas Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Process Compliance, Inventory Audit, ISO Audit, Internal SOP Audit, Multi-modal Planning, Transport Planning, Demand Planning, Stockyard/Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & Manpower Management.
