Job Description

As a Sales Operations professional at our company, your role involves handling both Domestic and Export operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, budgeting, and forecasting for transportation operations. - Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. - Managing and analyzing large datasets, conducting trend studies, identifying problems, and interpreting data to find effective solutions. - Utilizing effective communication, influential negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach. - Demonstrating strong interpersonal and presentation skills, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to build high-performance inter-departmental teams. - Coordinating and monitoring manpower planning for shift operations. - Ensuring compliance with Maruti Operating Standards by outsourced staff in stockyard operations. - Preparing senior management presentations and management information system (MIS) reports. - Working independently with minimal supervision, while effectively tracking multiple processes. - Tracking, monitoring, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs). - Implementing cost-effective operations and identifying areas for improvement.
