Manager- Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring)

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing defined Talent Acquisition (TA) SOPs and guidelines to attract high-quality candidates in alignment with the HR strategy. You will analyze and provide insights on TA approach alignment with ongoing trends such as diversity and sourcing strategies. Collaborating with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership to understand current and future talent requirements will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be handling leadership hiring, headhunting, or through executive search agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement defined TA SOPs and guidelines to attract high-quality candidates - Analyze and provide insights on TA approach alignment with ongoing trends - Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPS, and senior leadership to understand talent requirements - Handle leadership hiring, headhunting, or through executive search agencies - Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using various channels - Conduct salary negotiations and communicate the total rewards framework to candidates - Manage and improvise the applicant tracking system for organized candidate records - Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities - Manage recruitment processes and timelines adhering to established protocols - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process - Use Gen AI tool to create hiring campaigns and talent pipeline of active & passive candidates - Conduct market mapping of talent with respect to current & upcoming skill requirements Qualifications Required: - MBA Tier 1/2 - B.
