Account Manager (Domestic IT Recruitment)

Role overview:

We are hiring for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow our strategic engagement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) within our Domestic IT recruitment division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Account management, client stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of Domestic IT recruitment mandates.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in handling TCS account in the domestic IT recruitment domain is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Account management as a Single point of contact.
• Should have managed the end-to-end recruitment for TCS requirements - Contract to Hire (C2H), Contract hiring.
• Must have experience in stakeholder engagement, team leadership ensuring smooth and successful recruitment outcomes aligned with client expectations.
• Should have managed the team of recruiters and team leads.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and hiring trends in the domestic market.
• The ideal candidate should be target-driven, accountable for ensuring timely closures and meeting recruitment goals.
• Leadership qualities with team management experience.
  

Desired skills:

• 8-12 years of experience in Account Management and Delivery lead.
• Strong experience handling the TCS account

  (mandatory).

• Build deep, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders across delivery, procurement, and business units, especially within large enterprise accounts like TCS.
• Strong understanding of IT staffing models (Contract, C2H and Permanent).
• Excellent communication, account and stakeholder management, negotiation skills.
• Proficient in analyzing hiring trends, performance metrics, and delivery dashboards to guide strategy.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate delivery teams to exceed targets.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and Job Boards.
