Job Summary:

The HR Manager Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring pipelines, coordinating with department heads, and maintaining employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Use various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and agencies) to attract top candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio).
  • Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels for assessments.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Support employer branding activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the real estate, construction, or corporate sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
