JOB DESCRIPTON 1. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE: ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a Full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at RISE REALTY in Pune. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, Lead generation, Client relationship management. The role also involves collaborating with the Marketing Team to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: LEAD GENERATION: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and marketing initiatives. • Build and maintain a data of potential clients and properties. SALES PROCESS MANAGEMENT: • Present and showcase properties to potential buyers. • Arrange and conduct property tours, open houses, and viewing. • Prepare contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation. • Ensure smooth and timely closing of deals. REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION: • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, transactions, and client interactions. • Provide weekly and monthly sales report to management. POST-SALE SUPPORT: • Provie after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and gain referrals. • Address any concerns or queries that may arise post-sale.
