Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. Handle walk-in clients at project sites, explain project details, and assist in the home-buying process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate industry insights. Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and follow up effectively. Conduct negotiations, prepare sales agreements, and close property deals. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to build long-term client relationships. Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms. Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred). Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Prior experience in real estate sales, banking, insurance, or luxury sales will be an advantage.
