We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visuals for social media platforms, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns , and other digital marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create static and dynamic visuals for Meta ad campaigns in line with marketing objectives. Develop digital creatives such as banners, reels covers, thumbnails, and short animations. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with design trends and social media best practices to keep content fresh and appealing. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with a strong eye for detail and adherence to deadlines. Adapt existing creative assets for various digital platforms and formats. Required Skills & Software Expertise: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Creative Suite CorelDraw Canva (Proficiency in using advanced features is a plus) Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital design, especially for social media and paid ads. A strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, especially for social media and online advertising. Strong communication skills, English is Mandatory. Preferred Attributes: Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and color theory. Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively. Understanding of social media trends and formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories, etc.). Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (added advantage). Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, legal norms, and customer behavior. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
