Role & responsibilities Identify and contact potential clients to promote property sales. Handle inquiries and provide property details to clients. Conduct site visits and property showings with clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain and update the customer database and follow up with leads. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have 3 months 1 year of experience in real estate sales , property consulting , or direct sales . Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills . Should be confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated . Knowledge of Faridabad real estate market will be an added advantage. Should possess good presentation and client handling skills . Must be comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients regularly. Candidates with a two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for field activities. Graduates with a background in sales/marketing will be preferred.
