Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.). Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Analyze social media metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain positive brand interaction. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content. Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of all major social platforms and content creation tools. Proficiency in social media analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.). Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.
