About the Role

Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, storytelling, and community building, with a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Manage daily content planning, posting, and scheduling across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging, platform-specific content including graphics, captions, stories, and short-form videos.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions to maintain active community engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and execute campaigns.
Manage paid promotions, boosting strategies, and ad performance in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
25 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social.
Experience with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
