We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take our brand voice to the next level, drive engagement, and grow our digital community across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and trends. Create platform-specific content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.) that resonates with our audience. Collaborate with design & video teams for creative assets (reels, stories, static posts, etc.). Community Building & Engagement Build and nurture the Scooboo community by engaging with followers, responding to queries, and fostering conversations. Develop influencer & creator collaborations to amplify reach. Monitor online brand reputation and address feedback. Growth & Analytics Track KPIs: followers, engagement rate, reach, and conversions. Optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights. Stay updated with social media algorithms, tools, and latest trends (especially youth & lifestyle). Campaigns & Brand Collaborations Execute creative campaigns for festivals, product launches, and promotions. Partner with e-commerce & performance marketing teams to drive traffic and sales.
