Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and other marketing strategies.
• Handle walk-in customers at site offices and explain project details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to drive sales closures.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property laws.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in real estate sales, insurance, or luxury sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
