Role Overview

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will represent Dr Realtor Group and help buyers, investors, and families make smart property decisions.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and consultations to site visits, negotiation, and closure — for our premium gated township projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle leads from digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Qualify potential clients based on their requirements, budget, and investment goals.
  • Present project details clearly and confidently through calls, meetings, or virtual sessions.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits for interested clients, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups using CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, and calls.
  • Close sales deals efficiently while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer insights and buyer patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree preferred (Business / Marketing background a plus).
  • 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Insurance / Investment / Direct Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and client-handling confidence.
  • Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
