About the Role:

Yatharth Housing India is looking for a *dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager* to lead our sales operations for premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, leadership qualities, and the ability to close high-value deals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets.

* Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

* Build strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive conversions.

* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project delivery.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in *real estate sales* or team handling.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
