This role involves prospecting for new clients, understanding their needs, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and developing relationships with potential clients. Client Needs Assessment: Understanding the specific requirements and preferences of potential buyers or sellers. Property Presentation: Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information about available properties. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Facilitating negotiations and securing favorable terms for clients. Marketing and Promotion: Effectively marketing properties through various channels. Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings. Collaboration: Working with other departments like legal and finance to facilitate smooth transactions.
