Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at ValueMax Advisors, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the property selection and buying process while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client referrals.
  • Understand clients’ property needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
