Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a personal vehicle for site visits, and a strong passion for sales. This role involves handling client meetings, conducting property visits, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for residential & commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and guide clients through available properties.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with clients, brokers, and developers.
• Negotiate deals and finalize agreements in coordination with management.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends in Ahmedabad.
• Work with CRM tools (e.g., B2B Bricks) to manage leads and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

✅ Vehicle Required (Bike/Car) – for smooth client meetings and site visits.
✅ Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
✅ Experience in Sales/Real Estate (Preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Ability to Build Strong Client Relationships.
✅ Self-motivated and Goal-oriented.
✅ Basic Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends.
✅ Proficiency in CRM Software (Preferred).
