As a Real Estate Sales Associate at our dynamic team in Kalyan, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while ensuring exceptional service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. - Conduct site visits and property showings. - Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, networking, and cold calling. - Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market in Kalyan and surrounding areas. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers. - Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions. - Prepare and manage necessary documentation and legal formalities. - Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively.
